About Our Incorporation Process

Questionnaire: You complete our questionnaire and sign our engagement letter. We review your answers and provide our recommendation on choice of entity.

Preparation of Incorporation Documents: We draft the entity documents according to your stated needs and our recommendations, paying careful attention to unique requirements and potential pitfalls. We prepare all the incorporation legal documents you will need to create your company.
Step
Filing with Secretary of State: After you have approved the incorporation documents, we file the Certificate of Formation with the Texas Secretary of State. To accelerate the process, we may file the Certificate on-line.
Step
Completion: Your entity formation is confirmed within 1-3 business days. We then send all of your new legal documents to you enclosed in a corporate minute book, along with instructions on how to operate your new entity.
